Energy Terminals
Led as VP - Energy Terminals, ~ 3 Million m3 of clean & dirty petroleum storage, and development of an LNG Bunkering Terminal and storage of future fuels
Formulated a holistic energy sea terminal strategy in Singapore’s transition to cleaner maritime fuels and green hydrogen importation for de-carbonizing the power generation sector
Forged collaborations in establishing an ammonia-fired power plant for green electricity and an ammonia bunkering terminal
Consulting
Helped shape the commercial strategy of DP World's terminal in South East Asia, enabling it to attract additional liner services
Collaborated with a Big 3 on assessing the need for an industrial estate to develop its private port
Assisting a port owner to develop a port centric ecosystem for liquid cargo for higher occupancy of its industrial estate
Collaborated with a Big 4 consulting arm to craft the growth strategy for a South Asian shipping group

IPO (SGX)
Led the IPO on SGX of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd., (market value ~S$ 400 M in 2023), a regional container shipping line with additional businesses in dry bulk & tanker shipping
IPO (HKEX)
Oversaw the HK$ 600 M IPO on HKEX of Rizhao Port Jurong Co. Ltd, (a Jurong Port JV before the listing), a dry bulk port (based in North China), specializing in bulk handling of grains and woodchips
Joint Venture
Negotiated the US$ 250M Joint Venture between Samudera, Sovcomflot & NYK for a 145,000 m3 LNG ship, deployed on a 20 year time charter. Secured the long term Project Financing
Acquisition
Completed Jurong Port's acquisition of 41% stake in S$ 3B Universal Terminal (renamed as Jurong Port Universal Terminal), Asia Pacific's largest independent oil terminal with storage capacity of ~ 2.3 Million m3
